1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rising People India platform (risingpeopleindia.com or risingpeopleindia.krishnainfotech.xyz), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors. Rising People India is founded by Maharshi Desai, established in 2018, based in Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

2. The Platform & Service

Rising People India is a storytelling and profile platform that:

  • Publishes inspiring stories of individuals across India
  • Allows users to submit their stories for editorial review
  • Offers paid plans: Cover Story (₹1,000) and Cover Story + Certificate (₹2,000)
  • Issues digital certificates of recognition to eligible profiles

3. User Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide your real name and valid 10-digit Indian mobile number
  • Login is via WhatsApp OTP — no password is required
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • False or misleading information will result in account termination
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel accounts at our discretion

4. Story Submission Policy

  • All story submissions are subject to editorial review and approval
  • We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission without notice
  • Submitted content must be factually accurate and about real individuals
  • You must have rights to submit the story and any accompanying photos
  • Approved stories become part of the Rising People India archive
  • By submitting, you grant Rising People India a non-exclusive license to publish the content

5. Payment Policy

  • Cover Story Plan — ₹1,000: Your story is featured as a cover story on our platform
  • Cover Story + Certificate — ₹2,000: Cover story plus a digital Certificate of Recognition
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • No refunds once a story has been approved and published
  • If your submission is rejected after payment, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days

6. Certificate of Recognition

Certificates are issued only under the Cover Story + Certificate (₹2,000) plan. Certificates are digital (PDF format) and will be delivered by email within 2-3 business days after story publication. Rising People India reserves the right to revoke certificates if information is found to be fraudulent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting false, defamatory, or plagiarized content
  • Impersonating another person
  • Using the platform for commercial spam
  • Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
  • Uploading copyrighted images without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Rising People India (excluding user submissions) — including the logo, design, brand name, and editorial content — is the intellectual property of Rising People India / Maharshi Desai. The brand name "RISING PEOPLE of INDIA" and the star logo are proprietary. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rising People India is provided "as is." We are not liable for any inaccuracies in user-submitted content, technical downtime, loss of data, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
